A real estate investor recently bought a property in my area and he is having a hard time selling the property - even after he fixed it up. So for now he has taken down the "For Sale" sign and is living in the property himself. I didn't get to ask him the specifics of why the property wasn't selling but I did see that he was offering a low money down offer but still he hasn't sold the property yet. I’m finding that this is very true as far as real estate investing is concerned.
